• We undertake that no contractor’s or any other applicant’s CV will be forwarded to a client without their prior consent, and then only submitted where there is a clear match with the requirement we have been given.
• We will only use the contractor’s original CV and will not make any unauthorized changes. The CV is therefore an accurate representation of the contractors/applicants for permanent jobs perception of his/her expertise.
• All applicants will be provided with an interview schedule including the interview location, name of interviewer and a description of the role in question.
• A ‘welcome pack’ will be provided to all contractors containing any information they may need before commencing an assignment, and full advice and support will be available allowing any concern to be satisfied before the start date.
• Each working contractor is assigned an Account Manager. Apart from dealing with any questions the contractor may have at time, they will speak to the contractor on a regular basis during their contract.
