Finding
the right candidate
Everybody
knows that searching for the right specialist can be very
hard
and time consuming. Our main focus is resourcing where we work
hard to find you the ideal high quality person. We will work
with
you to develop a detailed technical and person specification,
listen carefully to your needs, and understand your expectations
before we start searching.

will use all our tools in order to satisfy your demand and can
count on our sister company, Ergon Limited in the UK, where our
resource center is located. We also have several other joint ventures
with suppliers in the other European countries and the USA.

candidate as they can get to know each other during the initial
period before considering a possible permanent appointment. It
can also give the opportunity for a contractor to explore the
country and the mentality of Switzerland before making a long-term

on contract. All consultants working through Ergon Resources are
supported by a comprehensive Contractor Care Programme. This includes
a relocation service, full assistance with the legal aspects of
working in Switzerland, and on-going social support and meetings.

- All submitted CV’s will be fully qualified and accompanied by
an Ergon Resources cover sheet detailing availability, skills
and a brief description of why the candidate is suitable for
the role both in terms of personality and technical expertise.
- Regular contact and feedback to ensure rapid and efficient progress.
- Recognising that each client is different, we will tailor our
approach to adapt to your individual procedures.
- You will only receive CVs of candidates who have been fully briefed,
have the required skills, and are motivated to join the company.
- We will always take references from previous employers. We find
that references are particularly useful for assessing contractor
personality and suitability for a specific team.
- The Account Manager will telephone the contractor’s manager within
the first week of the start date to review progress, and arrange
to meet on a regular basis.
- We are confident that the most accurate monitoring of a contractor’s
performance derives from the regular contact outlined above.

and praise any strengths.
